I am working on getting all of our knowledge base articles moved over to the new knowledge base, but I'm having an issue when you try to access the page for the primary/main category of articles that has every single article listed... They all come up as a 404 Not Found page, but the articles within the category come up just fine. This isn't an issue with the current/old knowledge base.
I've compared the URLs and everything matches, so I'm not sure why the main category pages wouldn't be working/available.
Any assistance on this would be very much appreciated!
Hi @nicole-oe congrats on getting the KB moved over and live!
That's really odd about the category pages, I direct link to these for other KBs all the time.
I did a quick test and noticed you have language specific redirects on, but I couldn't find any multi-language content on your website. I don't think it will solve the issue since I removed the language slug and it still didn't work, I'd still recommend turning this off here:
Settings > Content > Domains & URLs > Language tab, there's a toggle at the top to turn off language specific redirects.
What's really strange is that it isn't just the category page links from the main KB, it's all of the links from the left side nav once you have an article open ex:
Since you have a paid subscription, I would submit this to HubSpot technical support to see if they can isolate what's causing this issue - I can't recreate it in any other accounts with a KB and there is nothing in the Category documentation that would explain this behavior.
I wish I had a better answer, I hope they can get it resolved for you quickly!

I'm having the same problem as well! Everything looks active and published from what I can tell, but all of my category links take people to a 404 page. Did you ever get a solution from HubSpot on this?
@KMace3 without a link to the KB to dig deeper, I think the best option would be to submit a ticket to HubSpot Support directly from your account so they can look into the 404 errors directly.

I know it's been a while, but we finally got our new knowledgebase up and all moved over. 🙂 Unfortunately, the main category pages are still coming up as not found and I just can't seem to figure out why... here is the link to our knowledgebase: support.oneeach.com/kb
