Now Live: Embed all content types into knowledge base articles
When providing our customers/users with key pieces of information via a knowledge base article, it is vital that you are actually able to provide them with all the information they need.
Up until now, it was only possible to embed Youtube, Vimeo, Instagram, and Vidyard videos in your KB articles. Now, however, you will be able to use any embed code you like to have the widgets and information you need in your article. This could include but is not limited too:
- Calendars for booking meetings
- Audio players
- And more!
How does it work?
When editing a knowledge base article go to the toolbar at the top to click Insert >> Embed.
Paste in your embed code in the field provided and click Insert.
This field will now accept embed codes beyond just the options offered before.
