Posting this here again since anything posted in the 'black hole' that is 'Ideas' tends to go stale without any follow-up.

We have the immediate need for Mutilingual Knowledge base support for our SaaS platform.

I am sure that we are not the only ones that require this.

Hi @The_Dude I have been personally sending on all your feature requests to the Service Hub product management team. Please know that they are actively workign on expanding the feature set of the product - but these things take time and testing.

 

Product management reviews posts on the Ideas Forum to understand demand. The only way to quantify demand is the number of votes an idea gets. I encourage you to continue to use the channel, as it's reviewed routinely.
