Hi, I find it quite frustrating I cannot have my five most popular articles via views at the top of my Knowledge Base? This is very common in other software?
Even having them listed in the KB/Live Chat chatbot?
Do we have any timeframe for this functionality or any workarounds in the meantime?
Having a dynamic list of most popular articles in the Knowledge base is a great idea, but the Knowledge Base cannot yet be customized this way in HubSpot. The ability to fully customize the Knowledge Base is something our product team is currently looking into, however we do not have a timeline as to when new features may be released.
