Knowledge base search is not searching within the knowledge base articles text

Any plan to support this.? The knowledge base will be a bit limited if you can only get search results based on matching words in article title.

I see that the subtitle now is being indexed. Great work! Now the article body is just missing 🙂

BTW, it looks like indexing of subtitle is buggy. It is not consistently working for me.

TAGS!!!

We need a separate field to add TAGS!

Relying on the current wonky indexing via the title and the subject is  NOT going to cut it.

Who the **bleep** designs a Knowledge Base without reliable indexing especially when the new support bots rely on those to work properly?
