Hi, greetings! I'm currently working on a FAQ ChatBot for a ibm.skillsbuild project. I'm using the knowledge base tool for this and currently using the free trial and possibly some features from it in the ChatBot too. And, i wish to know what will happen to the chatbot features when the 14 days trial ends. Will my Knowledge Base freeze and the ChatBot will not use it anymore ? or is there a chance that it will continue to work however i wont be enabled to edit it or add anything. Also, i found it weird that the papers from my project promoted the use of HubSpot when the knowledge base is actually a paid feature. Ps: i'm absolutely loving the tools.
