Hi! I have an issue with saving/publishing an article with the same name/url as the category name in the Knowledge base. I want it this way so that when I have only one article in the folder, it goes straight to the article.
This works for several of our categories, but not this one.
The KB looks like this front end: https://www.checkin.no/helpcenter, where you can see the difference in structure for the "Innsjekk" category than for other categories.
Anyone have experienced this issue or know how to solve it?

Have you tried setting up a URL redirect? You'd need at least CMS or Marketing Hub Professional to do so.

Thanks for the tip. Still, I dont understand why it would work for some of the categories and not for this one.

I'm curious how you got this to work. I can't get it to work in my portal but it looks like you did.
