Is it possible to upload previously created articles to the Knowledge Base Tool?

We are trying to build out the Knowledge Base and it seems like there is not a way to import articles you have already created so that they will be recreated in the HubSpot Knowledge Base. Are we missing something or is that not possible currently? We have found how to embed a link to a file but that isn't really what we want to do. We have also copied and pasted a couple of articles but the formatting options in HubSpot don't really work best for us either.

If somebody has asked this already, please point me in the right direction!

Hey, @IStephenson 👋 Here are the options for Importing your existing Knowledge Base articles. Looking at the article, you have two main choices depending on where your existing knowledge base is hosted:

• If you used Freshdesk, Help Scout, Zendesk, or Intercom, you can import from a homepage URL
• If not, you can use the CSV method to import your articles
