Is there an integrated ticketing system within the Hubspot Knowledge Base or would we have to add a 3rd party ticketing system? If it is integrated what are some more details on it?

Hi @MKhan6,
You can find a tutorial for this here: Add a support form to your knowledge base
(This is a Service Hub Professional or Enterprise feature.)
Best regards!

Hi @MKhan6,
Could you specify what exactly you're looking for?
But yes, HubSpot has ticketing capabilities: You can create tickets via form submissions. Website visitor can submit a form and HubSpot will automatically create ticket records which can then be tracked through stages like "New", "Waiting on customer", "Waiting on us", "Closed".
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Can the the ticketing forms be integrated into Knowledge Base? For example, when the user is viewing the article on the side they can create a ticket if they have further questions or will they need to seperately go and find the ticketing form on the website?
