Inserting callouts between steps in knowledge base

Hello,

I'd like to know if there's a way how to insert a callout between the ordered list items.

When I try this, HubSpot adds a callout at the very end of the ordered list instead.

Is there any trick how to achieve this?

Hi @Martinsemelak,

I'm not fully up-to-date about the functionalities from the knowledge base, but it's using the HubSpot theme and can't be customized for now. So if the option is not there, it won't be possible.

What you can do, is submitting it as an idea.

@Martinsemelak I get around this by not using a list. I'll just type '1.' etc. and add callout boxes and images where I need them.

Also acknowledging how old this question is, but someone else might be searching answers to read all 36 pages of posts, just like I did. 🙂
