Import failure

I have received an email where the sender is using HubSpot to share a list of email addresses but when I click on the download button I get this error message 

{"status":"error","message":"Cookie is not authorized","correlationId":"02795a2b-145c-4785-ae7d-5a80ac2738cb","requestId":"9f334453-1c65-4f67-902e-63e24e0b22f9"}

What should I do?

Hi @mailsuejohnson1,

 

Are you still encountering this issue? If so, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing? I would also recommend trying across multiple browsers and through an incognito window.

 

Additionally, if you are able to read the content in the network tab, this may indicate what the error is.
