Images being replaced with another image

resolver

Has anyone encountered the thing where you paste an image into a knowledgebase article and it is immediately replaced with a different image? Other random images that are used elsewhere in some completely different article appear to be dropped in instead. This was an occasional occurrence, mostly in knowledgebase and sometimes on a web page and is now occurring frequently and we haven't so far tracked down the cause. Any information might help to resolve this.

Hey @JMcKellow, thanks for reaching out! That is super weird, and I can't say I've experienced the issue before.

Are you copying and pasting the image, or are you navigating to Insert image in the editing bar and selecting a specific image from your HubSpot files? Make sure that the image is indeed in your HubSpot files before it's added to an article.

Otherwise, I would definitely reach out to HubSpot Support. If you have screenshots/links to affected articles/screen recording of the issue, they should be able to help you troubleshoot in short order.

Sorry I can't be of more help!
