Images Missing in Edit, Show in Published

SOLVE

I copied most of our knowledge base articles from google docs to the Hubspot directly without issue, including all images. For a few documents I had to copy to MS Word, then to Hubspot. I don't know why, but this solved my problem for 1-2 documents. At the time of migration, this all seemed to work fine.

Now in edit mode many of the images do not display:

But they do display without any issues in the published version:

I have re-published and this is still the case (missing images in edit, all visible in published). Sometimes most images display in the edit view, sometimes almost none.

Any advice?

Dylan

Hi @dylanrivas,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This is strange indeed! If you haven't done so yet, I would recommend uploading the image files to your HubSpot File Manager, then insert them into your knowledge base.

If this broken image issue continues after ensuring the files are in your HubSpot File Manager, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and this matter may require deep troubleshooting. Our Support team will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

Best,

Kristen
