Hi community - we've just implemented Hubspot and are unsure how to separate knowledge articles (such as deal discounting rules) from customer facing articles.
The option to make knowledge base articles private is a Service Hub Professional or Enterprise feature. You can find the instructions for how to set this up here: Require member registration to access private content
