How do I grant my customers access to Service Hub

I need help. We have a hubspot website and I need to grant my customers access to be able to:

- raise tickets

- access knowledge base


I cannot have my customers log in and see marketing, sales etc. 


I set up a fake user - did not select all the above options - but they still display?


Also how can i honestly make hubspot service hub like zendesk that is what i am trying to achieve. We have purchased this now for a year but im struggling to see the doesnt seem personalised at all??

You can create a support form on your website by following the steps here. If you are looking for customers to be able to file tickets on your website, then they shouldn't be associated as users in your portal at all. 

I would recommend connecting with your HubSpot point of contact regarding the tool's usability and setting it up to ensure it works the way you'd like it to. If you do not know your point of contact, please let me know and I can assist!
