Fix calculcation properties so they report custom dates AND times

...calculation properties with time between do not function correctly for custom fields. If you have a custom field only the date - not the time (!) - is available for calculation properties.

So, even though you can see the exact time (e.g. in the custom date property details) the calculation of time between will calculate from midnight.

Obviously this is daft. There is an Ops Hub workaround but I can't be the only one that has ended up looking at "wrong" time between hours reports!
