Exporting to Excel

I am trying to export all the contacts to excel.  The issue I am having is I need the contact, the email, city and client name.  

I am only able to get email when I do email when export contacts.  But when i do companies download it doesn't have the email but all of the cities, which don't show in contacts.

Is there  a simple way i can export with all of the filters I need?

Hi @NicciL 

Contacts and companies are separate objects in HubSpot, storing separate information. To get company info on the contact object, you either need contacts to enter it via forms or map it between them using workflows. 

Doing cross object analysis and exports requires HubSpot Pro's list feature. If this a one time requirement a trial of Pro would let you do it - if you can get one.

There is now an app in the HubSpot App Marketplace called Ultimate Data Export for HubSpot. You can export the following data tables and their associations directly to Microsoft Excel:

• Contacts
• Web Analytics
• Companies
• Deals
• Deal History
• Owners
• Campaigns
• Engagements
• Emails
• Products
• Tickets
• Forms
• and more related subdata such as Pipelines and Associations.
