Duplicate knowledge base

SOLVE

I am looking to restructure our enitre knowedge base and wish to experiment with various options before settling on how it will finally work and be structured.

I do not want to do the experimenting on our live knoweldge base as it is in use. I was hoping that I would be able to clone the curren knowledge base and work on the copy 'behind the scenes'. Is this possible? If not, is there a way I can edit the current KB without the changes being made live?

Thank you

You are probably best off testing your ideas in a test portal created within a developers account: https://developers.hubspot.com/

There is no quick way that I know of for create a copy of your knowledge base however, so I think you will have to manually clone some content.

Hope this helps?
