Hi there,
I am struggling to find a definitive answer to this.
Our whole knowdgedge base is private, with access managed via a list. We would like to be able to further restrict certain articles to a limited subgroup of users via another list.
I would like to understand if these restricted articles will appear in the internal seach or the navigation for general users e.g. will our general users a) be able to see the artcile exists, but not be able to access it or b) have no idea the article even exists?
Thank you!

Hi @ACunnell,
Thanks for reaching out!
The private KB articles will not appear in the internal search for users who are not granted access to view them.
From Require member registration to access private content:
"Password-protected content won't be crawled by search engines, and can only be viewed by contacts who are registered and logged in."
I hope this helps! Happy to discuss this further here!
Best,
Brendan
