Directory listing Issue

SOLVE

Hello there, I created my account in 2020 and because of my inactive, my account got deleted and I have created another one now.  Therefore, i wanted to list our company on the Hubspot business directory but our former directory was brought up, asking us to reconnect it instead of creating a new one. Then we click continue but it was not successful. We even try to create a new one but got a reply that there is an existing account for our website. We need help, please.

If you have access to HubSpot support, they should be able to solve this for you: https://help.hubspot.com/

 

Without access to support, you can submit the form at the end of this article to recover your old portal: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account
