We are moving to HubSpot. Is it possible to allow each customer (and us) to have access to specific articles in the KB that only apply to them? The reason is that we sometimes have to create/support very client-specific processes for certain clients and we want them to be able to log into the KB and have access to all KB resources, but then also have access to KB articles specific to them. I assume we would have to enable portal usage for the customers, but was unsure if that would allow us to operate the way we want in regard to the client-specific articles.
Though, you can set-up member-registration to access private content but to provide specific access of specific content to some specific contacts, you can try everaging the portal functionality. Though it might have some limitations to operate the way you want. Or, you can also try the HubSpot Document Tool to share the content with your contacts.
