Building a Strong Knowledge Base within Hubspot

I work for a small start-up as a CSM, Support Lead and Hubspot Admin. I am beginning to develop a KB site using hubspot. 

I am looking to connect with anyone willing to demonstrate how their organization is using hubspot for the customer facing knowledge base.

I've built quite a few KBs using HubSpot, this is an example of a knowledge base I built - how you use it will depend greatly on your customer type (who your target is), content type (what you're trying to help with), and SEO.

You can even analyze the performance to leverage the insights based on your customer's interactions with the knowledge base 🙂
