Is this an image you uploaded to your Knowledge Base or a screenshot you took of your live Knowledge Base page? I do not see any issues with the quality of images or live pages on my Knowledge Base. Do you have a live link to that page where we can test the clarity in a separate environment?
Any additional context you can provide about the instances you see blurry images will be super helpful!
