Are you able to edit or customize the format of a quote?

When creating a quote for a deal, besides color and logo, is any other area of the quote formatting customizable or editable? 

Example: Instead of  "1 x $100,000 for Product X" , could you set it up more table-like where there is columns and rows for quantity, product, price, etc. ?
