We have archived an out of date article. However when someone searched 'brand name iPad' this archived article appears in the search:
But when you click through there's no article because it's archived??
The only way around this I can think is the 'no-index' feature which is coming soon or setting this article back live and editing the content to direct to the correct article..
Search engines are crawling pages in intervals, they're not monitoring all pages at all times. Google would notice eventually that the page is gone but not immediately.
Best regards!

It seems like the no-index feature is already there as can be seen in this post - does that help?
Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. Sadly that feature is only applicable to the search results of the KB, in the comments of the post they mention to set Article themselves as no-index is still in progress
