In our helpdesk we have recently updated some of the URLs of articles and Hubspot does a great job of redirecting to the new one if the old link is used, however this does not occur when the old link is used with an anchor:
https://support.domain.com/knowledge/old-article-title
changed to
https://support.domain.com/knowledge/new-article-title
Entering https://support.domain.com/knowledge/old-article-title properly redirects, but using https://support.domain.com/knowledge/old-article-title#anchor doesn't - gives
Uh-Oh. This page knows nothing.
But the pursuit of knowledge is never-ending, so while we investigate, try again here.
It's obviously an edge case, but it seems like this would be a relatively simple fix, so hoping it can be worked in at some point.
Solved! Go to Solution.
