Alternate Email Addresses

We have a seperate email address we use for marketing - marketing@mycompany.com for example - but this does not log conversations on HubsPot when we BCC them in.

I take it we need to add this email address to the system, but we don't want to add another user, and inucr an extra fee - is this possible?

Your email address must meet the criteria outlined in this article, including: 

 

The email address from which you are sending the email matches:

  • A user in your account.
  • One of your connected email addresses under Profile & Preferences.
  • An alias in your email client.
