Allowing Knowledge Base users to favorite or bookmark articles
Hello,
One of our KB users has asked if there was a way to "favorite" or bookmark an article for easy viewing later. As the number of articles grow, this feature could be quite useful.
Unfortunately, this isn't a fetaure in HubSpot KB yet, but seems like a great idea to me. Will advise you to put in the idea section of community. Community managers review these ideas and work on them on popularity basis. So you can share the idea there and share the link here also so that we can upvote it.
