I am currently creating a newsletter in HubSpot using a template.
I would love to have a feature intergrated that either allows viewers of it to 'like' and/or 'comment' on certain sections of the newsletter that they like or a feature that shows me what sections/ articles in the newsletter that people spent the longest on.
This way as a team we can then figure out what parts of the newsletter are working and what sections people maybe don't care about as much.
Is there a feature in HubSpot that allows for this?
Theoretically, you could do this with CTAs or even links. It's not exactly the same as liking something on social media for instance, but it would allow you to evaluate which section of the newsletter received more clicks using reports.
Maybe this would work for you for the time being? You could also submit this idea to the ideas forum for something more specific to your request.

As of now, HubSpot's newsletter might not have such functionality that allows readers to 'like' or 'comment' on specific sections within the newsletter directly.
Additionally, tracking the time readers spend on specific sections might also not be a built-in feature.
However, here are a few possible approaches you could consider to achieve the interactivity and analytics you're looking for:
You might consider including a link or a call-to-action that directs readers to an online survey or form where they can provide feedback on specific sections. This would give you insights into what content resonates with them.
HubSpot's tracking and analytics features can help you understand which CTA’s in your newsletter are being clicked the most. This can provide some insight into what sections readers are engaging with.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions. I'd be happy to help.
