Independent dev here - I wanted to share this tool I've been working on recently.
It's called Instant Knowledge Base - it turns your helpdesk tickets into a nice, high information knowledge base.
I got the idea when I was working on a chatbot - but after playing with the BreezeAI customer agents I quickly scrapped that idea!
But I did notice that the BreezeAI Customer agent can't use your helpdesk tickets (not yet anyway!)
So, in order to help people who might benefit from the customer service agent, but don't currently have a knowledge base to feed it -I created this tool.
