Headline responsibilities
While every day is different at ESM Inbound, here's a non-exhaustive list of some of the key tasks you'll be involved in every day:
Perform configuration and customisation of the Salesforce.com platform to align with clients HubSpot processes, allowing them to get the most from both systems
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the relationship between Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective and scalable solutions.
Utilise best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to both the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
Migrating our clients from various CRM platforms (including no CRM) to HubSpot.
Training our clients how to use HubSpot - you'll love client-facing work.
Working with the Director of CRM to ensure our training services are first class.
*Experience and characteristics
Record of a successful Salesforce management position or a Similar Salesforce support role
Experience in working with Salesforce alongside other CRM systems (Ideally HubSpot) or the passion for becoming as knowledgeable about HubSpot as you are Salesforce
You're a self-confessed CRM enthusiast who loves problem-solving and figuring out answers to those questions that stump everyone else! You'll have:
A proven track record of migrating an organisation from their current CRM (or no CRM) to a fully configured CRM portal
Strong analytical skills and the ability to document your findings
Excellent written communication skills
