Design Builders is a high-end outdoor living company integrating AI, automation, and CRM to create the most efficient customer journey in the industry.

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist who thrives in building systems that scale. You’ll own everything HubSpot — from workflows and pipelines to integrations and automation. You’ll collaborate directly with our CEO and marketing team to build a well-oiled customer experience machine. 

Must love automation, marketing systems, and clean dashboards. Would be great if you’ve worked with builders, trades, or productized service businesses.

📍 Remote (with optional in-person days in MD)
