We’re looking for a Hubspot Implementaion and Operations Specialist to support our Agents and internal marketing team to continue to reach new heights.

What will you be doing?

Support an organization-wide adoption and implementation of Hubspot with a focus on developing and maintaining a high-customized, robust, flexible deliverables that serve multiple departments and functions

Create documentation describing the structure and nuances of this custom build: Lead status criteria, different pipelines, active automation, etc.

While serving as the Subject Matter Expert, lead the training and troubleshoot for the internal team on process, execution best practices, and technology

Support the delivery of marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis of program performance, conversion, attribution, and effectiveness

 

Qualifications and Requirements

BA/BS with knowledge of Data Science, Statistical Analysis, Marketing Automation

2-3 Years of Hubspot Operations experience

Relevant HubSpot certifications

Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms

Basic understanding of API integrations: Salesforce, Pardot, or Zapier a big plus

Demonstrate analytical thinking

Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes

A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure

An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner

An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources

Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms

Excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments

Someone who never settles for “good enough”

An understanding of the value of a big brand and the curiosity to learn as much as possible about the fast-changing real estate industry
