The Details
Through marketing technology and engagement strategies, consistently evaluate, challenge, and seek to improve the customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
Measure, analyze, report, and assess all digital marketing campaign performance against established goals (return on investment and critical metrics)
Optimizing user experience, collaborate with internal/external partners to build landing pages and handle FIRST websites (including navigation, content, mobile, and user experience)
Lead all aspects of our HubSpot CRM system including client relationship, implementing new product updates, implementing standard methodologies, monitoring data quality, performing data hygiene/list updates, and acquiring new certifications
Support, supervise, and improve FIRST's lead intake processes to ensure the accuracy and speediness of lead delivery
Run HubSpot email marketing platform including onboarding FIRST business teams/users and leading day-to-day enterprise-wide email marketing governance
Implement end-to-end email campaigns including design, list segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, distribution, workflows, measurement, and optimization
Monitor and analyze Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards to recommend new growth strategies across SEO, SEM, content marketing, inbound marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization
Qualifications and Experience
BA/BS in marketing or related field with 5 years directly related experience or master’s degree and 3 years of previous experience in a related field
HubSpot inbound certification required
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the nonprofit industry preferred
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and experience with Drupal CMS or other web content management platforms
Strong communications skills, including writing and editing marketing content for web/email
