At Tend, we’re reinventing the dental experience. Our studios are beautiful, our care is top-notch, and our brand puts hospitality at the center of everything we do. Now we’re looking for a HubSpot pro to help us level up the way we connect with our patients.
What you’ll do
Take a fresh look at our HubSpot setup and show us where we can do better
Build and refine lifecycle journeys that guide patients from consult to treatment to ongoing care
Balance smart automations with thoughtful single sends that feel timely and personal
Create winback, loyalty, and upgrade flows across both email and SMS
Use segmentation and reporting to make sure we’re reaching the right people with the right message
Work closely with our growth and studio teams to keep everything aligned with business goals
What we’re looking for
You know HubSpot inside and out, especially Marketing Hub
You’ve built lifecycle programs that actually move the needle on acquisition, retention, or reactivation
You’re comfortable with both automated flows and one-off campaigns, and you know when each makes sense
Experience with SMS marketing is a big plus
HubSpot certifications are great, but real-world results matter most
You’ve got 15–25 hours a week to dedicate over the next 2–3 months, with potential to extend
