Advanced Access Staff is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business, and placing candidates in suitable positions within the Manufacturing and Warehousing, Hospitality and Retail, and Construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Present and promote staffing solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and secure new business agreements.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to place candidates in suitable positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the staffing needs of the target industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within the staffing industry.

Compensation:

  • Base salary with commission structure.
  • Potential for bonuses based on sales performance.
