Denamico, a Diamond Tier HubSpot Partner, is seeking a Solutions Architect to deliver assessments and HubSpot implementations to clients. This role will support both the pre-sales scoping process and the post-sales design and implementation activities for complex technical products.
Clients objectives are delivered at end of each phase
Client Strategy & Documentation
Configuration management
Create documentation of the system
Delivers technical product training to customers and internal audiences
Solution Design
Troubleshoots problems and oversees the completion of repairs, workarounds, or customizations.
Solution Design
Client Communication & Project Management
Running kickoff and wrap up meetings with clients
Sending meetings recaps, and bi-weekly project status reports
Completing projects on time, and within budget
Keep a backlog of issues arising to prevent scope creep
Quality Assurance (QA)
Quality reviewing all implementations before showing the client
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Sit as SME on sales calls when requested
Gather technical requirements from clients
Validate clients technical root issues can be solved in HubSpot
Show HubSpot Demos of functionality
Convert clients goals into phases with 3-5 objectives each
Complete costing workbooks, and project timelines for sales to propose
Key Outcomes
Achieve Client satisfaction - NPS score of 8.5+
Projects delivered on time, scope, and budget
Personal average utilization rate of 80%
Contribution margin of 50% or more
Qualifications, Education & Experience
Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience leading the implementation and/or integration of HubSpot or comparable system(s) (Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, Zoho, etc.)
4+ years of experience working in a project-based environment & in collaboration with a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
2+ years of professional services or consulting experience
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills (oral & written)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Experience working as a system admin or supporting system implementation projects, specifically for CRM and/or MarTech software solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in agile (SCRUM) environments
4+ years of professional services or consulting experience

Location
Minneapolis-St.Paul, MN. Denamico enjoys a hybrid work schedule option between your home and our Minneapolis North Loop office. We’re normally in the office at least Tuesdays and Thursdays.
