We're looking for a dedicated Senior HubSpot RevOps Specialist based in Phoenix, Arizona who can architect, build, and optimize sophisticated automation within HubSpot across our marketing, sales, and service processes. This is a deeply technical, strategic, and operational function within a growing company. Our ideal candidate is resourceful and thrives on ownership of projects and enjoys system optimization.
You will own the architecture, development, and optimization of complex workflows, custom coded actions, advanced reporting, and A/B testing across marketing and sales programs.
This position is a full time position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintaincomplex multi-branch workflowsin HubSpot (marketing, sales, service)
Developcustom code actions(using JavaScript/Node.js) inside workflows to extend HubSpot functionality
Design, launch, and manageA/B testsacross sequences, marketing emails, and lead nurturing flows
Buildcustom reportsand dashboards focused on pipeline health, lifecycle performance, and revenue insights
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize automation and drive operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and fix automation, sync errors, or data flow issues across the CRM and integrations
Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, systems, and changes
Analyze and optimize sequence/email performance, including deliverability improvements and list management best practices
Monitor HubSpot health, API usage, and limit warnings
Requirements
3+ years ofHubSpothands-on experience, including complex workflow building and marketing/sales hub automation
1+ year experience writingcustom code actions(Node.js inside HubSpot workflows)
Proficient in HubSpotcustom reporting,lead scoring, andsales pipeline management
Strong understanding ofA/B testing, statistical significance, and iterative optimization
Deep knowledge ofHubSpot properties, objects, associations, and CRM best practices
Experience building integrations between HubSpot and external systems (via API, webhooks, middleware)
