Your Impact
As our Senior HubSpot Consultant (aka Coach), you'll architect client success, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You'll:
Spearheaded CRM onboarding & implementation projects, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Transform client processes through innovative use of HubSpot tools, acting as a strategic coach and change management expert.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to unearth client pain points and opportunities so you can guide them on making the most out of HubSpot.
Craft and present tailored recommendations that align with client objectives and HubSpot's evolving ecosystem
Design custom reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for clients. Let the data do the talking
Stay at the forefront of HubSpot's latest features and products while becoming a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues alike
Your Expertise
We're looking for a passionate CRM professional in South Africa with:
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot consulting experience
Proven track record in business analysis and process optimization
Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
Experience in managing integration projects is a plus
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
A self-starter mentality balanced with solid teamwork skills
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing tech landscape
