A bit about us and what gets us out of bed in the morning

Aspire Digital is a fast-growing HubSpot partner agency dedicated to helping businesses maximise their investment in HubSpot through expert-level marketing operations and automation. Our mission is to make advanced RevOps & marketing operations accessible to companies that might not have the resources or need for a full-time, in-house team.

We pride ourselves on our open, inclusive team culture where every member's ideas and suggestions are valued. Honesty and integrity are at the core of everything we do. As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll be given significant responsibility, along with the trust to deliver on it. We’re all-in on our journey to become the best in the business, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment and passion to grow with us.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is not only a HubSpot expert but also driven by the desire to shape the future of a growing company.

The Senior HubSpot Administrator should have these skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot across all Hubs
  • Expertise in building, troubleshooting, and managing HubSpot workflows and automation
  • Expertise in managing HubSpot integrations with third-party tools
  • Proficient in creating and optimising complex reporting dashboards and analytics within HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot's CRM customisation, including custom properties, pipelines, and user permissions
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to quickly understand requests, translate them into actionable deliverables and manage multiple tasks from different clients simultaneously
  • Experience creating custom modules, page and email templates (highly preferred but not mandatory)

What makes a great candidate for this role:

The ideal candidate would be proactive, adaptable, and a strong self-starter with a sense of ownership over their work. They should have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Independence and problem-solving skills are key, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision while also being able to communicate clearly with the rest of the team. They should be passionate about HubSpot, regularly keeping up to date with new feature releases, use cases, strategies, and best practices.

What a successful first 6 months look like:

  • By the end of the first month: Successfully onboard, understand the client's current setups, and begin taking ownership of routine tasks independently.
  • By the end of the first 3 months: Establish full responsibility for managing client tasks, maintaining high standards of task execution, and begin contributing to the development of internal best practices.
  • By the end of the first 6 months: Successfully manage multiple client accounts, delivering complex automation and marketing solutions, and start playing a key role in training new team members.

What a typical day could look like:

  • Start the day by checking and prioritising client requests and tasks that have come in through HubSpot or your project management tools.
  • Dive into building or optimising workflows and automations within HubSpot, troubleshooting any issues that clients have reported.
  • Communicate with clients via email or scheduled meetings, providing updates on ongoing tasks, and gathering more detailed requirements for new projects.
  • Collaborate with the team through Slack to discuss any complex challenges, share insights, or propose improvements to current processes.
  • Work on integrating HubSpot with third-party tools for a client, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
  • Analyse and refine reporting dashboards for a client, ensuring the metrics are accurate and aligned with their business goals.
  • End the day by reviewing the day’s achievements, updating your project management tools, and planning your priorities for the following day.

Like the rest of the Aspire Digital Team, you'll benefit from:

  • Fully remote work with flexible arrangements
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development
  • The chance to work on a variety of exciting projects with diverse clients
  • Leadership and team-building opportunities as the company grows
  • A supportive and open team culture that values and encourages your input and ideas
