Job Summary

Based out of Lumeon’s US or UK headquarters (London or Boston), the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all our lead generation efforts. This role acts as the digital interface between our markets, clients, and business.  It aims to deliver a highly successful digital marketing strategy through the planning and execution of a rapid cadence of digital marketing campaigns.

You will take on the responsibility to acquire new leads using best practices while experimenting with emerging techniques. You will take advantage of Lumeon’s innovative solution portfolio, content and collateral, and drive a cadence of digital content to quickly acquire and nurture leads in our current target market – the US healthcare industry. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, background in a software environment is preferred
• Demonstrable experience running lead generation campaigns leveraging digital marketing and SEO tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,  Salesforce, etcetera.
• Familiarity with lead funnel process and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual lead targets.
• Plan and execute B2B digital marketing programs.
• Manage lead generation strategy across all digital channels, such as email, search, social, and events.
• Design, shape, execute, optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Focus on incorporating inbound and outbound marketing strategies to maximize results.
• Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs with the Lead Development Representative and sales team.
• Work closely with Lead Development Rep, Business Excellence/Sales Ops to maintain and evolve lead management processes and reporting across Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns align with the marketing strategy and overall business objectives.
