Marketing Automation Consulting firm seeks a HubSpot Developer for part-time, virtual work.
Hours/Schedule: 10–15 hours/week to start, could grow over time

Location Requirements: Remote but candidate must reside in DC metro or Boston metro area Rate: $50-60/hour
Job Description: HubSpot Developer will build and maintain websites, landing pages, emails, and automations within the HubSpot ecosystem using skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The role requires a blend of technical development, strategic thinking, and communication to create custom solutions and enhance user experiences. This is a part time, hourly contract role at first, but hours may grow for a candidate with the right experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage HubSpot implementation and optimization using built-in features and integrations with Salesforce and other software applications
Manage day-to-day HubSpot system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of support for our clients
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot workflows, objects, fields, forms, data enhancement, and more.
Implement process controls to adhere to data governance mandates such as GDPR
Work collaboratively with other team members, including Customer Success, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, technology and other groups.
Additional responsibilities or participation on internal projects will be decided upon with your manager.
Qualifications:
HubSpot Inbound and HubSpot Software certifications required within first 30 days of joining the organization
5+ years of HubSpot Developer experience
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot's templating language, HubL.
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an agency preferred
Very strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate strategy into discrete tasks
Work independently or as part of a team on client projects
