Sales & Marketing Operations Executive - Media consultancy - London, hybrid role
We are looking for a data- and process-driven sales and marketing operations executive to join our exceptionally talented team, supporting the team by managing proposals, Statements of Work, and CRM processes, helping to underpin strategic business growth.

£ 30,000-40,000 annual base salary

What does the job involve
Proposal & Statement of Work Management: Drafting, editing, and managing proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Supporting sales operations through HubSpot CRM management, lead qualification, and pipeline tracking.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generating sales reports and dashboards to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimisation: Developing and maintaining sales process documentation and assisting in process improvement.
Sales Support & Coordination: Providing day-to-day operational support, including coordinating meetings, processing orders, and managing sales tools.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
MEDDIC/MEDPIC training
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
