Sales Systems Manager/HubSpot Administrator Role with Exos! (Remote)
THE ROLE
The Sales Systems Manager will be the CRM administrator (Hubspot) and in-house expert on Exos’s sales tech stack. The ideal candidate will be a data-fluent problem-solver, adept at analyzing and manipulating data and ensuring workflow efficiency across sales tools and technology. This role will be remote, located in our NYC/Phoenix offices, or a hybrid of both (depending on candidate location and preference).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the in-house authority of our sales systems and maintain documentation for system maintenance
Find opportunities for best-in-class implementation by auditing Sales systems tools and developing plans for improved workflow
Collaborate with the Marketing team on the customer journey, to ensure hand-off of prospects from Marketing to Sales
Collaborate with Sales Representatives and leaders to understand what issues they are facing with the tools and how we can improve
Maintain user licenses and permission sets for each of our tools in addition to managing the renewals process for each tool
Assist with reporting needs within the platforms
Use created documentation to deliver Sales onboarding training
Provide analysis of the return on investment and direct impact of the sales systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years as a CRM administrator
2+ years of experience administering Hubspot Enterprise (preferably CRM, but Marketing is also acceptable)
Experience creating and managing CRM automation
Data analysis and manipulation experience using Excel/Sheets (and preferably a business intelligence tool)
Experience creating and managing sales and leadership dashboarding within a CRM or BI tool; Looker experience is a plus
Basic SQL and scripting skills are a plus
Experience creating managing 3rd party data enrichment processes a plus
