JOB SUMMARY:

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day efficacy of our sales processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, optimizing workflows, and providing insights that drive sales growth and efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes, data management, and HubSpot’s suite of tools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE: 

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team and aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales processes, workflows, and automation within HubSpot to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to integrate HubSpot and ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Train and support sales team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Work with sales leadership to define, measure, and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within HubSpot and work with HubSpot support to resolve them.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing sales operations processes and tools.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time to visit our different sales offices for meetings and collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be located in the ET Timezone.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations role, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM management, sales automation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and improving team efficiency.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
