THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sales Analyst you will work directly with our CEO and Sales team to help manage and engage all deals. The Sales Analyst will aid in research of prospective clients, markets, and industry trends, as well as help the day-to-day logistics of the Sales organization by creating reports and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years’ work experience in sales operations, customer operations or equivalent experience
Strong business analytical skills with knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Inquisitive and analytical mindset, with proven ability to understand and solve complex problems.
Experience gathering and aligning business process requirements across stakeholders that span job level and function. Ability to build cross-functional relationships across all levels.
Knows how to clean and link complicated data sets from various data sources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience and translate business objectives into actionable items.
WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU’LL:
Complete in-house product training program with the highest degree of proficiency.
WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU’LL:
Support day to day running of business with CRM
Configure and manage pipeline, workflows, and third-party integrations within HubSpot
Evaluate and improve data quality, completeness, compliance, and cleanliness in CRM
Produce complete and up to date prospect and customer data to enable accurate, complete, and repeatable reporting.
WITHIN 6 MONTHS YOU’LL:
Focus on continuous improvement of existing processes and collaborate with Sales to create new processes with a focus on automation.
Deliver valuable and timely sales reporting and dashboards for the executive leadership team to monitor business performance.
Monitor sales metrics to identify and escalate areas off track from target and opportunities for growth.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned.
