Remote Part-time Marketing/Sales/Comm Position

TITLE: (Negotiable)

At a high level, this position will:

  1. Work within prospect identification, qualification and social media areas
  2. Be a key member of the Algorithm team to develop fiercely loyal customers
  3. Communicate digitally with professionalism and character
  4. Share insights with marketing and sales to make sure all communications and interactions carry the Algorithm message
  5. Understand HubSpot

Regular tasks will include:

  1. Emailing and tracking
  2. Follow up with leads digitally and offer needed resources
  3. Social Media account expansion
  4. Meet regularly with sales to see how your efforts can assist them better
  5. HubSpot database updates
  6. Choose functions you would like to do within marketing and sales

The lowdown:

Marketing and sales have been busy and need help with inbound activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be in a team of professionals but can’t commit to a full-time schedule. This position will report to marketing, has flexibility with schedule, and can grow with the right individual. To be considered, we would recommend having:

  1. At least 1 year experience working with HubSpot (Marketing or Sales Hubs and Contacts)
  2. At least 1 year experience working with LinkedIn (ads management and posting)
  3. An understanding of the marketing and sales cycle for businesses
  4. The ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of a professional organization
  5. Bonus if you understand ERP systems
