What will you do: You will develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers in order to help develop Beewise’s messaging strategy and integrated marketing programs.
Develop customer personas and positioning for growers, beekeepers, corporate ESG program owners, and policymakers.
Develop and maintain a close understanding of our marketplace, including competitor offerings and partnership ecosystems.
Develop and execute against an editorial calendar of thought leadership content, including bylines, case studies, research, and speaking engagements.
Help build out a library of customer-led marketing materials including case studies, interviews, testimonials, and peer-reviewed research.
Assist in managing PR.
Partner with our Revenue team to execute and measure direct marketing campaigns that drive annual recurring revenue.
Manage internal communications around launches and keep our Sales team up to date on product messaging while creating flywheel with our product team.
Build a strong industry presence by supporting our presence at industry events.

At least 3+ years of experience working in marketing.
Familiarity B2B sales and marketing best practices.
Previous work experience at a startup in any capacity.
Comfort with (and love for) dynamic business environments where priorities are constantly changing based on new data.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
