This position has been created as a pathway to ensure a successful transition for a prospective customer when moving from the discovery phase into the sales cycle. An outgoing and investigative person who understands the needs of a B2B SaaS company will thrive in this position. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads generated based on marketing efforts. This position does not make cold calls but does qualify MQLs to pass off to sales. This position will also help to streamline the current process, generate reports and offer suggestions to marketing regarding needed resources.
