POSITION FILLED — Seeking a HubSpot Technical Consulting Guru to join our remote team!
Bayard Bradford is a rapidly growing, 100% remote HubSpot Solutions Partner. We're expanding our operations team to support clients who use HubSpot for sales, marketing and customer support.
The HubSpot Technical Consultant is responsible for understanding how to implement and optimize HubSpot to help sales, marketing and customer support teams meet their objectives. The consultant supports data migration projects, implements HubSpot according to best practices, ensures data quality and integrity, installs integrations, builds workflow automations to improve productivity, and creates reports and dashboards.
The successful candidate will understand how data and processes work in a CRM system, and how the CRM integrates with our clients' tech stacks. Key skills for a successful CRM admin are organization, communication and the ability to translate business needs into data management and technical requirements.
Specific job responsibilities include:
Translating business process improvements into functional requirements for data management and workflow automation
CRM implementation and onboarding
Managing data migration projects between CRM platforms
Importing data files, including mapping fields and validating email addresses
Setting permissions and user roles
Customizing views, properties, and workflows in HubSpot accounts
Implementing workflow automation to support business processes
Integrating other platforms and apps from app marketplaces
Building reports and dashboards to measure various sales, marketing, and service efforts
Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users as needed

Additional requirements
BA/BS degree
Administrator certification in either Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
Experience with Salesforce Flow or Process Builders or HubSpot workflow automation
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of inbound marketing concepts - SEO, blogging, social media, lead nurturing, workflow management, and email marketing.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
